Prof. Braucher Moderates Panel on Supreme Court’s Ruling in Stern v. MarshallOn June 23, 2011, Prof. Braucher was the bankruptcy expert who moderated a panel discussion on the potential impact of Stern v. Marshall. In that case, the Supreme Court ruled against the estate of Anna Nicole Smith, saying that bankruptcy judges don’t have the constitutional right to reach outside of bankruptcy cases into a probate case.
