Anna Maria Chávez ('94) Appointed CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA

Girl Scouts of the USA has appointed Anna Maria Chávez ('94) to the top post of the organization. She had been chief executive of the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas since 2009 after serving as deputy chief of staff for urban relations and community development for former Arizona governor and current U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano.
