After completing graduate study in urban planning and public management, Dean Holpert served for four years as the budget and policy examiner for elementary and secondary education programs and arts and cultural agencies at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. She joined the College of Law in 1985, as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, responsible for both admissions and student services, and has focused her efforts on the admissions process since 1990.
