Biotech Startup Co.: Law, Science and Business Issues

This is a new interdisciplinary course focusing on the contributions of Law, Science, and Business to the development of a biotechnology invention.   The focus of the course will be: (1) intellectual property employment law issues; (2) biotechnology issues; (3) business planning, in the context of the initial stages of developing an invention for market. This course will be open to students in Law, Business and Science/Medicine.
