Comparative Commercial Law

This course is intended primarily for third year law students, LL.M. students, and members of the bar interested in perfecting their international commercial law skills.  The course covers the basic principles of comparative commercial law; comparative sales and contract law; comparative secured transactions law; and comparative payments law.
