Creative Writing for Lawyers

This course will give students who are seriously interested in writing the opportunity to explore the latest genre in American literary circles, creative nonfiction.  

 

The course will be conducted using the workshop method of teaching writing, which implies a professional writer working closely with serious-minded students who are willing to write regularly and participate actively in class discussion of their own and classmates' work. The focus will be on student manuscripts. All students will be expected to write and critique before, during and after each class.
