Disability Law

This course provides an introduction to the newest and most quickly developing area of civil rights law.  The course focuses on discrimination against persons with disabilities in employment, state and local governmental services, public accommodations, and elementary, secondary and post-secondary education under the Rehabilitation Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
