Environmental Law

This is a survey course covering major environmental statutes and common law doctrines.  Topics include the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, CERCLA, regulatory takings, standing in environmental cases, the law of nuisance, and the public trust doctrine.
