Immigration Law Clinic

Students, under the supervision of the clinic director, provide legal representation to aliens detained at an INS facility 60 miles north of Tucson.  On a weekly basis, students represent detainees at bond hearings before Immigration Judges.  Each student also handles at least one full merit hearing.
