Jurisprudence

This course critically examines developments in analytic and normative jurisprudence and delineates the contours of classical and contemporary concerns. The seminar also culminates in an analysis of a spectrum of issues such as justice, rights, responsibility, equality, community, individualization, property, civil society.  These issues are examined within the framework of concrete problems.
