Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Colloquium

The aim of the colloquium on Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Policy is to explore current policy and legal issues relating to the legal protection of intellectual property rights and the legal and policy tools that are available to encourage innovation. This Colloquium is to be based around four presentations by visiting scholars who will present "works-in-progress" during seminar sessions. The Colloquium will thus provide a unique opportunity for students to engage with cutting-edge thinking in the intellectual property field.
