Event: UA Superfund Colloquium Presentation by Prof. James Hopkins

 Prof. James Hopkins of the James E. Rogers College of Law, Indigenous Peoples Law & Policy Program, will speak at this year's first UA Superfund Colloquium.  Entitled, 'Chasing the Basin: Indigenous RIghts to Water in the Rio Yaqui Valley', Prof. Hopkins' talk will draw from his chapter in the forthcoming book '35@30: Critical Reflections on the Constitutional Entrenchment of Aboriginal and Treaty Rights in Canada'.
